The project is located in Jing'an District, Shanghai, with Yunxiu Road in the east, Wenshui Road in the south, Gonghexin Road in the west, and Yunfei Road in the north. The planned land area is 59000 square meters, and the total construction area is 270000 square meters. The project has the important mission of launching the 'Shanghai Intelligent Manufacturing' brand and creating 'Shanghai Famous Garden'. It integrates the functions of commercial office buildings, boutique hotels, public welfare convention and exhibition centers, and aims to create an international science and innovation community that 'creates a city living room with a sense of life'. It is currently a large innovative community complex in Jing'an District where modern elements and industrial heritage coexist, After completion, it will become an open and inclusive cultural landmark in Jing'an and even Shanghai, and is expected to be completed by 2023.

Our company has been entrusted by China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. to participate in the steel structure related testing of this project, mainly including thickness testing of fireproof coatings, non-destructive testing of welds, and friction coefficient testing of bolts. The total amount of testing work has exceeded 30000 tons.
