The project is located in the core area of Wujiaochang at the intersection of Minfu Road and Zhayin Road, Yangpu District, Shanghai, with a construction site area of 20,962 square meters. The construction undertaken by the company includes T3 and T4 towers, with a total steel structure of about 16,000 tons.

Among them, T3 tower has 4 floors above ground, 1 to 4 floors are commercial floors and 2 basement floors; T4 tower has 29 floors above ground, 1 to 2 floors are commercial floors and 3 to 29 floors are office floors. The project is a set of office, commercial in one of the commercial complex, after completion will become Jiangwan - Wujiaochang city sub-center of another landmark building.

XinXinJie testing bear the steel structure testing part of the project, testing projects include: welding process evaluation, welding material testing, raw material testing (tensile, bending, impact, chemical analysis), factory and on-site weld flaw detection.
