The project is located at No. 325 Changhua Road, Jing'an District, Shanghai, with a total gross floor area of 199,000 square meters, including 6 residential buildings and 1 office tower, with a basement of 3 floors and an office tower of 35 floors, with a structural height of about 160 meters.

The steel structure of the project is mainly distributed in the office building, the main steel structure form including outer frame box columns, floor steel beams, core cylinder H-beam steel skeleton columns, roof tower crown, etc., the total amount of steel structure is about 11,000 tons, after the completion of the project will become another landmark building in Jing'an District, Shanghai.

XinXinJie test bear the steel structure testing part of the project, testing projects include: welding process evaluation, welding material testing, raw material testing (tensile, bending, impact, chemical analysis), factory and on-site weld flaw detection.
