Industrial Building Inspection

The reliability appraisal and rating of industrial buildings shall be divided into components, structural systems and appraisal units at three levels; the appraisal and rating of the structural systems and components at two levels shall include the safety rating and usability rating, and the reliability rating shall be comprehensively evaluated from this when needed; the safety shall be divided into four levels, the usability shall be divided into three levels, and the reliability at each level shall be divided into four levels and shall be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation specified by the state. The reliability of each level is divided into four levels, and should be evaluated according to the national regulations. When it is not required to assess the reliability level, the safety and normal usability assessment results can be given directly.

Industrial Building Inspection

Reliability analysis and calculation, should be based on detailed investigation and testing results, the building, structure of the whole and each component of the reliability level of analysis and calculation, including structural analysis, structural or component safety and normal use of the calibration analysis, the existence of problems in the analysis of the causes. In the reliability appraisal of industrial buildings, if the investigation and testing information is found to be insufficient or inaccurate, it should be supplemented with timely investigation and testing.

Industrial building identification of the preliminary investigation should include the following basic work content

1, access to drawings and information, including engineering geological survey reports, design drawings, as-built data, inspection and observation records, historical reinforcement and remodeling drawings and information, accident handling reports.

2、Investigate the history of industrial buildings, including construction, maintenance, reinforcement, remodeling, change of use, change of conditions of use and disaster.

3、Examining the site and investigating the actual condition of the industrial building, the use conditions, the internal and external environment, as well as the current problems.

4, to determine the detailed investigation and testing of the outline of the work, the development of identification programs.

Appraisal program based on the identification of the characteristics of the object and the results of the preliminary investigation, identification of the purpose and requirements of the development. The content should include the basis for testing and identification, detailed investigation and testing of the work content, testing programs and the main testing methods, work schedule and need to be completed by the commissioning party to prepare for the work and so on.

Industrial Building Inspection

Actual engineering cases in the detailed investigation and testing is appropriate according to the actual need to choose the following work content

1、Detailed study of relevant documents and information.

2、Detailed investigation of the role on the structure and the unfavorable factors in the environment, as well as their possible changes in the target service life, and testing of the role on the structure or the effect of the role, if necessary.

3、Inspect the structural arrangement and construction, supporting system, structural members and connections, and test in detail the defects and damages existing in the structure, including the defects and damages existing in the load-bearing structure or members, supporting rods and their connecting nodes.

4、Inspection or measurement of cracks, displacements or deformations of load-bearing structures or members, and testing of dynamic response and dynamic characteristics of structures or members when there are large dynamic loads.

5、Investigate and measure the deformation of foundation, and test the influence of foundation deformation on the upper load-bearing structure, enclosure system and crane operation. If necessary, the foundation can be excavated for inspection, or supplementary investigation or on-site loading test can be carried out.

6、Test the actual performance of structural materials and the geometric parameters of components, and check the actual performance of structure or components through load test if necessary.

7、Check the safety condition and use function of the enclosure structure system.
