The project is located in Baoshan City Industrial Park, with a land area of 51349.2 square meters and a total construction area of 136415.94 square meters.

This project is a Lingang New Industry Square City Industrial Technology Oasis project developed in cooperation between Baoshan Urban Industrial Park and Lingang Group. It is a strategic key project of cooperation between Lingang Group and Baoshan District, and also a key project of Baoshan District. It has received significant attention from the Baoshan District government.
