Scope of construction land of the project: east to Tongzhou Road, south to East Yuhang Road, west to Xinjian Road, north to Zhoujiazui Road. Construction site area: 22855.1 square meters, with a total construction area of 198,360.5 square meters, of which the above ground construction area is 126,326.5 square meters (including a capacitated area of 114,275.5 square meters) and the underground construction area is 72,034 square meters.

The project consists of two 165-meter and 110-meter towers and three podiums, integrating commercial, office and public service facilities, and will become a landmark building in Hongkou.

XinXinJie testing bear the project steel structure testing part, testing projects include: welding process evaluation, welding material testing, raw material testing (tensile, bending, impact, chemical analysis), factory and on-site weld flaw detection.
