The project covers an area of 20,286 square meters, with a building area of 23,386 square meters, it consists of three interconnected but relatively independent functional volumes, from which derive the architectural shapes as well as semi-outdoor and outdoor spaces that connect the base with the surrounding environment inside and outside in a natural transition.

The project will become a platform for the display of Fengxian's history, culture and urban planning, an important cultural exchange place for the public, and a beautiful landscape for the 'Fish of Shanghai' project.
